DNA Cal Service Includes

- Thorough inspection and cleaning to all instruments presented for service.
- Pipette Service – Skilled in service to ALL brands and ALL types of manual liquid handling devices and Piston Operated Volumetric Apparatus (POVA). Restoration to sealing system and calibration to ISO 8655 tolerances. Multi-channel instruments receive thorough service and testing on ALL channels. Parts and Repairs available for most instruments.
- Balance Service – Polishing of weigh pan, cleaning of enclosures, and testing for compliance to USP tolerances. Parts and Repairs available for most instruments.
- All services are performed on-site. However, pick-up/delivery service is also available. Contact us for more information
- All instruments serviced are protected by the DNA Cal 12 Month Warranty on parts installed and labor provided.
On-Site Service
- Each team (generally 2 technicians) fully equipped with analytical balance, Class 1 Weights, Digital hygrometer (all Traceable to SI through NIST).
- All cleaning, maintenance, repairs, and calibrations completed on-site. Instruments returned in like-new* condition with calibration label affixed.
- Relevant documentation of services provided are prepared and delivered to customer after completion of service.
Pick-up/Delivery Service
- Instruments can be serviced in batches so that your work may continue during the calibration event. Custom labeling is also available.
- Instruments collected (in batches upon request), transported, and returned in sanitized bins
- All services completed utilizing analytical balance, Class 1 Weights, Digital hygrometer (all Traceable to SI through NIST).
- Instruments returned in like-new* condition with calibration label affixed – same day when possible.
- Relevant documentation of services provided are prepared and delivered to customer after completion of service.
